The Employee Emergency Fund exists to help team members facing sudden hardship due to personal crisis, illness, or disaster. Funded through generous donations, this program provides financial relief when it’s needed most, because no one should face a crisis alone.

You are eligible for health care and insurance coverage, including 401(k), if you work 32 or more hours per week as a full-time employee. Your eligible dependents may also be enrolled in most coverages, including voluntary plans. Part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30-31 hours are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and 401(k) coverage. Part-time employees working under 30 hours per week, Per Diem employees are eligible for 401(k) once they work 1,000 hours in an anniversary year.
